Customer database for AIKAstore webshop

Purpose of the register

The registered customer’s personal data is processed in order to maintain, manage and develop the customer relationships related to AIKAstore webshop. Placing an order does not require registration in the customer database.

Data in the register

The registered customer’s basic information: customer number, first and last names of the person, postal address, phone number, mobile phone number, email address, order history, the follow-up information of deliveries and the consent or prohibition of the customer to use their personal data for direct marketing purposes.

Regular data sources

Personal information is collected during registration and shopping in the webstore.

Handing over of data and transferring the information outside of the European Union or the European Economic Area

Lehtovuori Oy does not hand over the data to third parties.

Means of protecting the register

Lehtovuori Oy’s information system and database are protected by firewalls and other technical means, and the computers are located at access controlled and guarded premises. A user id and password is required and given only to those who need the information when completing their duties.
